Coon Point On Sauvie Island

We decided to go for a drive even though it looked like it was going to pour down rain...and were surprised to have a little bit of sun at Sauvie Island.  There is still no wetlands there....dry as a bone...so strange.  I especially loved the dark clouds with the sun on the last of the beautiful fall leaves.  It was cold today...temperatures dropped and we even had some hail as we went over the west hills on our way to the island.
