It's always hard to leave the family but knowing that Grandma is there to help makes it all a little easier. I love my job but there's no doubt that it places big demands on our family. Nikki is brilliant. She's strong, supportive and always reminds me of my real priorities. She knows me better than anything. Better than I know myself.

I'm sorry that I have to leave for work but I'm proud that she keeps me honest.
