Not many left

Still waiting for the first frost. A walk first, then an afternoon in the garden, thinking about the shocking attacks in Paris.

Curiously, though this was taken on Sunday the 15th, it's loaded on to the 13th when I had a nice one of Pippa I was going to post for that day. Is my EXIF data wrong or is this a quirk? Not that I expect to get answers from the silent ones who run this site.  I'll just add her in the margins - from a walk on Puttenham Common followed by lunch in the Good Intent pub that, in its display boards, bills itself as "the pub that's still a pub". It is too. But isn't it a shame that a pub feels it has to say that about itself these days.
