Sunflower Head

Another foggy autumn day in Edinburgh. While out for my walk, I pass the Dean Gallery Allotments (even though the gallery is now know as Modern Art Gallery 2, the name of the allotments has not changed). I noticed this sunflower head. The plant is still standing, and has miraculously survived last week's windy weather. Mind you, it is behind a wall.
