Asha!

A lovely day of lying in bed longer than I have in years! Smoked salmon and poached eggs on crumpets for breakfast, so good!
Met the Claytons for a lovely walk (or run with Ash) by the salt flats and then a nibble and coffee in a cafe.
This afternoon Lyd and I had a stroll and watched the sun set, lovely to chat and sit peacefully together.
AMAZING chicken dinner cooked by Lyd and now Strictly and popcorn.
Such a wonderful day.
