Basil

Didn't manage to make tomato and basil soup yesterday - so this plant gets to live another day or so.

The squash and sweet potato soup was delicious. We had lots left over for the freezer but used up all the pots, so I couldn't make the tomato soup as well.

We even went as far as having a Chinese take away for tea, so that we could get some more plastic pots for the freezer. What a sacrifice to make!
