That time of year

Yesterday sinterklaas arrived in the Netherlands, coming from Spain. He stays over until the 6th of December, when he silently, unnoticed, leaves for Spain again. On the fifth of December he showers gifts on children. In the weeks to come, many children will receive little gifts, that he leaves them in the middle of the night. They're put inside shoes that have been put next to the chimneys and windows, just in case. ..
