Not used to this colour

So, today I learned that with a busy background, I must open this lens up wider than f5.6.

However, my perhaps sentimental submission is this:

I trained today. Warmup, kihon (basics), and then eight times through the first Shotokan kata: Heian Shodan. ExHAUSTing. Brilliant.

But I'm so not used to wearing a white obi (belt).

Then I made a bodacious roast chicken. Rather pleased with myself. Quite the good day, really.

The extra is a nice leap from my girl, stepping from white line to line.
