Reflections

Love this couple! They drove out from Lisbon for a meal together in Évora, and then the night with us at Quinta do Cano - here we were walking through the Quinta's olive grove. Lots of talking, laughing, and enjoying being together. Extra is of two of the three Irish wolfhounds padding round the place - magnificent creatures.

Have now driven down to Faro, where we've checked into a little place near the airport - the doors onto the balcony are open and can hear the roar of the planes taking off and see their lights reflected in the waters of the estuary.

Reflecting also on the news from Paris - along with most of the world, I imagine. Like the couple who runs this place said, "what are they hoping to accomplish?"
