Apples are my absolute obsession lately. I've never really liked them. Now I eat at least 2 a day and usually more!! They gotta be Gala's!
Here they are soaking in a bath of water and vinegar for a couple of hours. Then rinsed and polished and put in the apple drawer in the fridge.
Yup…I'm so obsessed that they even have their own space!
