The new mouse

I was relieved to hear from D#2 in Paris last night before the report of the terrorist atrocity was broadcast on the News At Ten. It saved me worrying about her, but I was no less sickened by the horror of it all.


At last! Delighted to pick up my Amazon parcel from the post office today. Not only was there a lovely, badly-needed new mouse inside, but it also came with:

   ~ 4 leaflets of instructions in countless languages with a diagram  just in case I'm not sure how to plug it in;

   ~ a 60-page Product Guide booklet in 12 languages; and

   ~ a 76-page Limited Warranty booklet in 18 languages.

Everybody catered for, but what a waste of paper!
