Stop moaning and get up!

There are quite a few baby seagulls round our house at the moment, cue much noisy screeching from nervous and attentive parents. These ones (dad was on the next roof) had clearly had enough. Their precious baby was huddled in a heap with both parents shouting at it to get and fly (I assume). Just after I took this photo, the mum grabbed hold of the baby's wing and dragged him across the floor. The baby then struggled up, wandered off and sat down and sulked again. The parents then gave up and flew away, it was all in all a brilliant show, I am only cross at my crappy camera and crappy photography skills!

Best bit: end of the working week white wine

Worst bit: burning my dinner in the oven while I chatted on the phone. Forgot all about it!
