Patterns

I pass this building in the village regularly, now used as a garage, possibly a former small barn. The house it belongs to is probably 16 century timber framed  so this may be too. I love the old door/hatch, half way up the wall, and the patterns and colours of the brick. The brick is probably infill after the original wattle and daub wore out, but someone went to a great deal of trouble to make this outbuilding attractive.
