I walked to town today and noticed how much progress in being made with the building of Edinburgh's Christmas. The only bit of East Princes Street Gardens untouched was the bit around the garden or remembrance. No doubt by Friday that will have disappeared. This is a panorama looking through the last of the autumn leaves towards the Bank of Scotland building on the Mound.
