Ducks at dusk....

Another afternoon walk today and I think I'm always surprised just how quickly it gets dark as soon as any light from the sun has disappeared! I think that is probably stating the obvious but...

We chose a different 'block' and popped into a small local park where these ducks headed straight towards us, expecting to be fed, but were sadly disappointed. 

Back up the hill in quite a wind and happy to be inside in the warm again.

Life has been unexpectedly halted this week....I've been off with shingles! Wherever did THAT come from!

Watching Children in Need and some terrible sadnesses and amazing supports. Very grateful for so much. Never taken for granted.
