The Cape

I was tempted to enter a bad luck friday the thirteenth photo like a black Cat or an unfortunate accident, but when I encountered this woman only dressed in a cape, I knew it had to be this!

Note: When I published this the multiple terror attack would take place an hour later. Somehow it seems to fit those events too.
