Ok, so it was with 1,999 other people, but still!

Amazing evening at the Scottish Business Awards - George Clooney was unquestionably impressive: erudite, witty, smart and an incredible activist, especially his work on Sudan. I was especially taken with how thoughtful he is about he uses his power and influence for good.

It was fantastic to see him give such profile to the inspirational social enterprise Social Bite - set up by outstanding young Scot Josh Littlejohn. Definitely worth checking out - and their sandwiches are fab!
