Bye Bye Big Blue Sky

This was the view from our cottage as we got ready to return home today. During the night, the tidal water had risen up into the creek and a silver ribbon of water had appeared across the marsh. By the time we set off, the sky had clouded over and within a short time, it was raining heavily. That made us feel better about going home. It brightened up en route, but remained blustery. We made good time and were home by early afternoon.
