Another driech day, so no incentive to go out .... although I did have an expedition to the local shop. Slight improvement in the ankle, I think, as the short walk did not take so long or cause as much pain today as it did a couple of days ago. Progress, methinks!

Today's blip courtesy of the BBC is as close as I'll get to Wimbledon but the Murray match certainly provided some excitement on TV!
