Sunshine and rain, rain, rain

The place you dont want to be when the heavens open and the sky turns black, is driving on the M5 surrounded by lorries that will squish your Mini! Good job I'm a confident driver!!

Popped to Swindon for a jolly to meet a colleague who I took out for lunch and we gossiped we did lots of serious work. We are planning this year's charity fundraising thing....last year we walked two marathon's and it was tough. This year we are looking for something easier something just as challenging.......Rowing Lake Windermere is in the offing, as is walking up some mountain in Wales - what was it again Mac??

Anyway, home now and off to do the food shop - no St Ocado or St Tesco delivery this week. But Si is being dragged along. Must remember the strawberries for the Pimms :)

I'm currently sat in the snug with the kitchen doors wide open, the peonies are in my line of sight and Morcheeba is playing. Life is pretty good when the sun is shining isn't it?

One more day folks - unless like me Thursday is the new Friday, chin chin :)

5 days of work till another 10 days off work....happy dance :)
