Football Cards

BB left the house at about 7.30am and got home after 8.30pm.  He’s had a long day – breakfast club, school, back to  a friend’s house after school  for play and tea, a trip into Edinburgh with cubs and then eventually home.  He was so tired when he got home that we know nothing about his day and we have no idea what he got up to with cubs.  I know he was here– but that is all I know.  He did say that there was a lot of interest in his black eye!

I had a busy day, but did manage to make it out at lunchtime to post my mum’s birthday card.  Unfortunately I didn’t bump into George Clooney who I know was in town – presumably he didn’t need to go to the post office.  I had my usual rush to the station and got soaked and windblown and even once in the station the rain seemed to be making its way in through the new roof.

I should have done some tidying up tonight, but instead I am blipping some of the mess.  There are football cards all over our house at the moment.  Here is a selection that has taken up residency on the living room floor.
