Cool

We had spaghetti Bolognese (we call it spaghetti Seltjarnarnes) and it can be hot and I mean hot not spicy.

I still have hot flashes because of the cancer treatment and I have an enormous fan on my desk to cool me down when I am working. When I went to the cabin I bought a small fan to cool me down - see here.

Then I discovered that it is a nice thing to have a round when your food is too hot, right?
