Autumn Entrance.

This is in Ferry Lane, Chesterton, which is quite narrow and sheltered, so all the autumn leaves have not yet fallen into the gutter. We had some nice sunshine this morning and it was quite mild for the time of year. My daughter is still staying with me for another few days and has gone to do some Christmas shopping, leaving me in charge of her little dog. He sleeps a lot as he is getting on a bit, but he was soon barking when the vacuum cleaner was switched on. Apparently he doesn't like it !  I shall really miss them when they go home.
