I arrived home after a long and tiring journey. A combination of an unreliable sat nav and my mistake meant that I spent two and a half hours leaving Paris instead of an hour.  At one point I was in a 10 mile traffic jam going the wrong way with no option but to sit it out.  I stopped at Cambridge services for a last short rest but I find the environment in this particular place anything but restful, very noisy and only full of fast food and shopping outlets.  It's commercialisation gone mad!  Moan over!
