Day 316. It really is this colour.....

The only way to photograph fungii is to get down low. And I laid down and got wet for this shot.
I have no clue in identifying mushrooms or toadstools. But it does seem to me that there are an exceptional number around this autumn. This little chap (its only about 2cm high) is sitting in the shade at the top of our lawn.
The red is its natural colour...no colour tweaking from me on this one !!!!

Can anyone identify it?
