Food to go

Our little fellow had to share his grub with a bluebottle who hung around for about 20 minutes today on our bird feeder! Hope he enjoyed his tea.

Although I have no photo to illustrate my evening, I shared dinner at the Scottish Parliament with four MSPs and friends old and new to celebrate the first "To Absent Friends" dinner.

We shared memories of daughters, mothers, fathers, husbands and friends who have died but live on in our hearts and minds.

There was poetry, new writing (great stuff Rebecca!) mementoes and even a wee song from myself. Altogether splendid stuff and very special.
