Hidden treasure....

Today we lifted the carpet interested front bedroom. No buried sovereigns.. Damn!
Did find these though:
1957 Shilling
1962 Shilling
1968 old size 5p coin (worth a shilling and same size - both the size of a current 10p coin)
1983 and 1984 penny coins
1980 2 new pence coin
All were under the edge of the skirting board. Most interesting is the 5p which pre-dates decimalisation in Feb 1971. We ran the two sets of coins together for 3 three years, 5p and 10p were interchangeable with shillings and florins (2 shilling coins).
