Over the hedge !!

If you want to raise the level of the area so that you can make your airport runway safer, the first thing you must do is dig an enormous hole !!
This is the west side of the Guernsey airport construction reconstruction.
Great to see all the machines in operation and our small visitors were clearly very excited though, coming from the West, they are a little suspicious.
When you see all the plant and people involved in this project you can clearly see why the cost is so high.
It will be really nice when it is finished but I think watching the progress is also really fun.
Of course we don't live nearby and I really feel for those who do 8-(
