My day today

What I had planned:
Work this morning
Take mum for a follow up hospital appointment in Edinburgh
Go to Pizza Express with Cameraman and Lyn

What I did:
Experience the bug going round at work ( will spare you the details)
Drink half a glass of water over a period of 11 hours

I'm sure it's a 24 hour thing. It better be. I'm risking peppermint tea now.
