Red Onion

KG was off to do his driving for the Samaritans Purse Shoe Box appeal today.  Sooo   I baked a cake and decided to make some red onion preserve in the slow cooker.  Looking at the discarded onion peelings  I thought it would be fun to blip these.  It wasn't quite as sharp as I would have liked when I put it on the computer but as I had thrown them away it had to do,
