Sex bomb

I noticed, when perusing Aberdeen City Council's fees for licenses, that they charge fees for some daft things; and the prices seem fairly arbitrary.
£100 pound for a hot food advert, what the hell is that about.
£716 for a Civil Marriage License, but a whopping Five grand plus if you want to help folk spice up their sex life.
