Early to Bed

I don't think the hens are impressed at having to roost before 5.00pm.
We're not impressed that we're not likely to get eggs until around February.
We do enjoy our little chats before bedding down though.
I don't mind being called 'Crazy Chicken Lady' by bananblip, it's good therapy for me and the girls and bb hasn't refused gifts of their delicious, very fresh eggs!
They're growing some lovely new feathers after going through a drastic moult!
