A Slow Blip Day

Came home tonight and these 3 catalogues were behind my door. They have gone straight in the recycling bin. Well seen it is just about 'that horrible time of year'.

Didn't do fitness tonight; I have a sore throat, headache and my body aches.

Phoned Mum tonight because she asked me to. Ended up having an argument with her. Came off the phone annoyed, threw some things and ended up in a heap on the sofa.
It's all too much.
