Flynn's Beach from the Lookout

It's been a long and trying day. Today was the funeral at Port Macquarie. It was a nice send off for Gladys. We hit a roo coming back about just over an hour out from Newcastle. It was dark and it has been raining and horrible most of the day. There was no chance of avoiding the roo, it all happened too quickly. The car was not driveable so we had to contact the insurer (call centre in Auckland), wait for a tow and finally I am home. How sweet it is. No one except skippy and the car were hurt and cars can be repaired. I have been up for 16 hours and it's time for bed. I will see you all tomorrow.
