Darkness lifting

Another dark start to the day, still very mild for the time of the year, lovely Autumn colours on the trees. Once again overlooking the River Usk in the background, real dark clouds covering the area.
As its Armatice day today let us remember those who gave their lives and are still giving of their lives today, so we can enjoy freedom.
As the weather today is dark and gloomy so it was then, but by giving of their lives the darkness was lifted and the light came, darkness brings gloom and despair but the light brings hope,
Let us never forget them. God bless them.
