Lest we forget...all nations....many lives lost...

My husband is a collector of military memorabilia and he suggested these two medals for my image to commemorate Armistice Day today....the backdrop is my trusty fake poppies lit with another trusty item...my LED torch to pick out the detail in the medals....
The medals are an Iron Cross Second Class from 1914 and a 1914-15 Star....today is an opportunity to reflect on not only our own nation's losses but those of many, many other nations...their sacrifice should never be forgotten....
