It's a Ford

The sign in the distance to the right of the car says, Myrtle Beach Yacht Club, Little River, SC.  The extra photo is looking down one of several walkways where expensive boats are docked.  I saw a number of people on the boats with the boats' name and locations being from many states.  Sorry I don't know the year of the car, only that it says Ford Deluxe on the side and wheel hub caps.
