Puppet Time!

I love to engage in "Pretend Play" with Moira.  This afternoon we got the box of puppets out and played together making up stories with our animal puppets. Pretend play is so very important in a child's development.  They learn about themselves and the world, develop important social skills and cultivate emotional intelligence. I do have to say Moira's pretend play is always very imaginative and fun!
  
After we played several board games and had our puppet shows, Moira simply said this has been a great day and gave me a big hug and a kiss!  Feeling very blessed!
