It's A Mad, Mad, World, My Mobile

For the past week Jack and I have been plunged into the world of EE/Orange mobile phone helpline hell.

7 days.....at least 20 calls being passed from one Dept to another, promises of callbacks which never came, the line going dead just when you thought you were getting somewhere, repeating the problem over and over again

But following an email to the complaints department we have a result....they will give me a brand new phone. A wonderful man, Simon, had a soothing voice, phoned us back several times as he attempted to sort out the problem. So we emerge from this hell, hoping we don't have to return any time soon!
