Memories

George normally does these and I am amazed at the stuff he can lay his hands on but today it's my turn. This is some of the stuff that was dropped round recently after Calum went in the loft where they live.

This stuff dates from 1989/90 when I lived and worked in Germany. Top left is a book about the Berlin Wall. Top right the Air Europe Business Class magazine from April, 1990. Below the guidebook from Munich Zoo and the guest information (1989) from the Appartement Residenz I lived at is the duty free price list from Duessledorf airport. I'm surprised to see that because I don't remember flying to or from there but I must have at some stage; I'm guessing it's when we went to Hagen and Wuppertal. Finally a humorous book about the good folk of Munich. I'm sure it's a side-splitter but it's written in German and although I've read some of it the gags probably rely on greater dexterity with the language than I can bring to bear.

P.S. Thanks for the comments yesterday. They were welcome but I'm sure you'll understand if I don't reply to them.
