10 days and counting - Loch Lomond

Tonight I drove out to Loch Lomond to join up with the Tri club for a wee dip. I had expected it to be much colder than it was but was very comfortable in the the 15 degree "heat". The water was very calm and the clouds were very low making it a very atmospheric swim.

This was my first proper swim in my wetsuit for a while and it was good to know that I can still just about swim in a straight line and keep my stroke long and easy. Hopefully I will be able to get another open water swim in before I fly out for the the race.
