I eat lunch out on Tuesdays - if I'm at home - whatever the weather and whatever the time of year.

Usually its just a buffalo burger by the harbour (in the car or not, depending on the weather). Today I took my picnic over to West Wemyss.

A bit of cold pizza and a focaccia from Lidl, plus a smoothie I made from yoghurt, a banana, an apple and a chunk of ginger.

Lunch was much better than the weather. Much, much better.


If the oystercatchers look as miserable as they do in the Blip, the weather must be bad. I've put in a shot of the harbour as an extra, so you get the full effect of the wind, rain and general gloom.
