Yay! 17 months old today!

This weekend Violet has stayed with us as both her Mummy and Daddy are away in different locations.  It is some time since she has had a weekend with us and the changes since she started nursery are quite apparent:  she has gained in confidence and is now very competent at feeding her self too.  Especially pleasing is the confidence that she has found  in moving around.  Her walking has been delayed because of her hypermobile joints.  She will get there, but just requires a little more strength to do so than the average baby!
Last month I wasn't with her to record her 16 month milestone, so I wanted to be sure to get some shots today.  For the occasion, nothing less than a pink tutu would do, the outfit completed with a top that features a squirrel - wearing a tutu - naturally!
