a fiery end to the day...

...in the form of a sunset

just as i was considering what to blip - the late afternoon sky lit up - like a fire - bright oranges, yellows and pinks - streaking through the blue, it was a startling sight - to the eyes - one i could only stare at wondering - if i would succeed in being able - to capture it the i was actually seeing it - yet it didn't matter - i had to attempt because that's the way of things

so here is my feeble attempt - the sky on fire - straight out of the camera except - for some cropping and just a bit of - contrast so the yellow isn't too garish - i think it's pretty spot on - and for my efforts it has made my day...
