Warton Crag

We stayed in the Warton Crag car park overnight as it was close to the orienteering event we were going to on the Saturday. There was another van there and it was very quiet until 8:45 when the hoons turned up to let off fireworks. Being a quarry the echos were amazing. There were 7 / 8 cars and the show went on for an hour. Then it started to hose down and they all disappeared and we had a quiet night. I cleared the debris up before we left, talked to the other guys and took a blip of the quarry and autumn leaves. We enjoyed the orienteering, and then found somewhere different for Saturday night.
