At Sea ... In More Ways Than One!

Another gorgeous day in Boston, so we decided to saunter down to the harbour, and stroll along the shoreline, stopping on the way at one of our favourite restaurants for lunch (Umbria Prime) on Franklin Street. 

Being the knowledgeable Bostonians that we are, we found ourselves somewhat taken aback when we arrived at the Rose Kennedy Greenway without having come across Franklin Street yet!  How did that happen?  And exactly where on the Rose Kennedy Greenway were we?  Was Franklin Street off to the left, or the right?  In an effort to find out, we wandered into the Lannan Gallery, a treasure trove of all things nautical, including these wonderful model sailing ships.  We'd never noticed this amazing shop before, so it was a lot of fun to poke around and discover their many delightful offerings.  Turns out we were only a couple of blocks away from our goal, and we did eventually enjoy a delicious lunch, so all's well that ends well!
