Ronda.

Perched on an inland plateau and cut by the El Tajo gorge it is one of Spain's oldest towns.  It is a mecca for bullfighting aficionados and has one of the oldest and largest bullrings in Spain.  Ronda has been the site of some of the most important events in the history of bullfighting and the visits of Orson Welles and Ernest Hemingway are marked in the Plaza de Toros.  (See extras).
