A Yorkshire Rose

I've been very short on inspiration today  -  another day not really fit to go out unless absolutely necessary and so I've turned once again to that good old standby the pretty flower;  I bought this on Friday along with the pink one I used for FlowerFriday. I've been out today and got drenched for my trouble, but no way could I have used the camera unless I'd gone further afield and found something of interest under cover. 

I'm looking forward to looking at what others have come up with today, and seeing if I can borrow some ideas; I know the rain is pretty wide spread so we'll just have to hang on till it blows over.
