Left S's after breakfast and more good chat. Took advantage of her allotment preserving! Arrived at mum and dad's who were very pleased that j was joining us. It was lovely to see him and he is positive About the future which is fab. Hiccup re flat renovations though- estimate us £80k which is ludicrous . According to the estate agent who sold it to him he should' be spending £35 k max which seems sensible. I will take Friday off to look at other options with him. Good job I really enjoy that sort of thing!
