Gold Leaf

I haven't been out of the house much for several days and was getting cabin fever, so I went down to Chuckanut Creek to look for salmon. The few fish I saw were close to death, and the water wasn't clear enough for good photos anyway, but I enjoyed the fall color and the sight and sound of rushing water (extra photo).

The leaves were in a small pond adjacent to the creek. Cynthia preferred the extra photo.
